This is a power based aerobic training program that will include an estimated 75 minutes per week of training, 3-4 days per week, broken up into 4 week cycles. There is an emphasis on intervals nearing VO2 max effort for aerobic to anaerobic development and includes weekly e-mail contact, video running form analysis with cues for improvement, and optional 50% off the Running Form Development resistance training program.

Initial e-mail contact within 24 hrs will request routine background information from the athlete to facilitate training development with full training provided within 24 hours of receiving this information and signature on waiver.

Refund can be completed within seven days from initial purchase if coaching service is not timely or does not meet expectations for quality.
